JSPCO started with semiconductor packaging mold, hardware, and stamping parts in 1993. In 2008, CMM equipment was introduced and the increasing number of CNC units was sent to Benzhou Industry park in Gangshan (hereinafter referred to as Benzhou Factory). In 2010, it passed the Hanxiang (AIDC) supplier quality system certification (S-200) and officially to be an aviation parts supplier, and in 2013 obtained AS9100D (aviation industry quality management system certification) JSPCO launched the international market in aviation parts.
As the demand for Aero Casing and Hanger has increased significantly since 2015, in order to improve the complicated machining process of the milling in engine casing parts, Mazak five-axis Multi-Task Mill-Turn machine was purchased. The EDM, and WEDM certification of NADCAP was awarded next year.
Due to the limited capacity of the factory in this continent, "Southern Taiwan Science Park (referred to as KSP Factory)" was selected for expansion in 2017, and the S-1000 quality certificate and GT193-EB (EDM, WEDM special process certification were obtained in 2019, which got started in mass production of engine suspension blocks.
In 2020, the first phase of KSP factory will be completed and put into use, and the engine suspension blocks, stamping products, and small parts will be transferred to this factory for production. In 2022, the AWEA super-large (3-meter long) five-axis center processing machine will be introduced to expand the capacity of production in complex configurations for large parts.

JSPCO Factory Expansion News
